I am a PhD candidate in philosophy at Freiburg University in the beautiful Black Forest in Germany. The PhD is on the interaction between natural science and philosophy in Hegel’s Naturphilosophie.
My research interests are in German Idealism and ancient philosophy. Systematically, I am working on metaphysics, philosophy of nature, philosophy of mind, and history of philosophy.
My overall goal is to (re-)establish a collaboration between metaphysics and natural science; especially concerning "Grenzfragen” which originate from 20th century quantum physics and cosmology.
